Hi everyone I am Cadet Kaup, I am leading the PT club this year I hope to get to know everyone and that everyone reaches there goals for this year. Down at the track we may run a mile, sprints, or run bleachers. In the weight room you may do whatever you personally can do. This is a club where you set personal goals to reach before the end of the year. The PT club will be exceeding your expectations and reaching our goals for each of us.The Physical Training Club will then meet every Monday at 3-3:30pm.
